Booking & Terms

To ensure every vehicle receives the time, attention, and quality it deserves, we operate on a structured booking system with clear terms. By booking with 4K Valeting & Detailing, you agree to the following conditions.

BOOK ONLINE

All services require a non-refundable booking deposit to secure your appointment.

- Your booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been received

- The deposit covers administrative time and allocation of studio or mobile service slots

- Deposits are non-refundable
- A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule your booking

- Deposits can be transferred to a new date if sufficient notice is given

- Late changes, cancellations, or missed appointments will result in loss of deposit
All prices are based on vehicles in standard condition unless stated otherwise.

- Final pricing is subject to inspection upon arrival

- Additional charges may apply for heavy soiling, excessive pet hair, staining, or neglected paintwork

- We reserve the right to adjust the service or pricing if the vehicle condition differs from what was described

If necessary, we will recommend a more suitable service to achieve the desired result.
While we aim to achieve the highest possible results, some limitations apply:

- Deep scratches, permanent staining, or damaged materials may not be fully correctable

- Paint correction improves defects but may not remove 100% in all cases

- Results depend on the condition, age, and history of the vehicle
- All personal belongings must be removed from the vehicle prior to appointment

- Accurate information must be provided regarding vehicle condition

- Safe access must be provided for mobile services
- Safe, suitable working space

- Access to water and/or power if required

- Permission to work at the location
- We are fully insured and take every precaution to protect your vehicle

- Pre-existing damage must be declared prior to work commencing

- We are not responsible for undeclared damage or previous poor repairs
